Lorain County Speedway will open the 2018 season on Saturday night April 14th. The 3/8 mile oval in South Amherst will feature modifieds, crate sprints, grand nationals, pure stocks and chargers in 2018.
LCS will host 7 50 lap qualified races ahead of the North Coast Modified Series 50 lap main event slated for September 1st. Supermodified fans will see the new Midwest Supermodified Series two times, the first on June 16th and the second on August 4th. The 29th annual Cavalcade Festival of Speed will be held September 28th, 29th and 30th with a rain date set for the weekend of October 12th, 13th and 14th.
