A flat right-front late in the Spark Energy 300 cost Matt Tifft a chance at $100,000 in Saturday’s NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Talladega Superspeedway. The Hinckley, Ohio native was one of four drivers racing in the Xfinity Dash 4 Cash. Tifft wasn’t able to recover from the issue with 17 laps to go and finished 1 lap down in 25th place.

For the second consecutive week Elliott Sadler captured the Dash 4 Cash. Sadler worked through a pit road penalty late in the race, driving from 17th on a late restart to finish 5th. Christopher Bell and Austin Cindric were the two other drivers in the running for the Dash 4 Cash. Bell finished 12th and Cindric came home 30th.
