Sprint car fans in Ohio have plenty to celebrate as they hit the holidays. The Ollie’s Bargain Outlet All Star Circuit of Champions released their schedule Wednesday. The series presented by Mobil 1 will visit 8 Ohio race tracks in 2019, a total of 22 shows for fans to see. In all, the series will visit 35 tracks in 12 states, featuring 56 events.
“To have the opportunity to showcase our talents across such a wide area is truly special. I want to thank all of the tracks, their promotional teams and staff for helping us put this schedule together,” said series owner Tony Stewart. “It takes a lot of hard work and organization. With the recent addition of Ollie’s Bargain Outlet to help fuel our motivation, I’m confident this is going to be a year for the record books.”
Among the marquee events in 2019, Cometic Gasket Ohio Sprint Speedweek. The 37th annual event presented by C&R Racing will start Friday, June 14 at Attica Raceway Park. Nine straight days of racing will conclude on Saturday, June 22 at Wayne County Speedway. Wayne County Speedway will host two speedweek shows, the first on Monday, June 17. Mansfield Motor Speedway is new to the Ohio Sprint Speedweek schedule. Mansfield will host on Thursday, June 20 replacing Waynesfield Raceway Park.
