Racing will return to Lorain County Speedway on Saturday, April 20. New track management released the 2019 schedule Friday. Two test-and-tune sessions will take place prior to the April 20 season opener.
Weekly racing includes modifieds, street stocks and renegades. Crate sprints, super trucks, legends, bandoleros and supermodifieds will also make trips to LCS this summer.
The Midwest Supermodified Series will race twice at Lorain County. The supers will make their first trip on June 8, the second visit is scheduled for August 10.
Modifieds will race for $2,000-to-win on two nights. The first on May 18, the second on August 3. Season championship night is scheduled for September 7 with the 30th annual Cavalcade Festival of Speed closing the schedule on October 18, 19 and 20.
