Brian Deitz ~ Northern Ohio Racing Report
With only two full weekends left in the month of September, many tracks across Ohio are wrapping up their 2020 seasons. Hilltop Speedway and The Painesville Speedway have multi-day shows this weekend, while Barberton Speedway, 35 Raceway Park and Sandusky Speedway will crown track champions.
The 32nd running of the Central Transport Glass City 200 presented by DTS Drive Train Specialists and Moran Chevrolet is scheduled for Saturday at Toledo Speedway. Outlaw super late models, the ARCA/CRA Super Series Late Models and CRA Junior Late Models are all on the card.
Attica Raceway Park and Sharon Speedway have concluded their 2020 campaigns. ARP closed its season last weekend, while Sharon Speedway was scheduled to run one more show on Saturday, September 25. However, with the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Car Series show rescheduled for September 25 at Wayne County Speedway, officials with Sharon decided to cancel and announce their 2020 season as complete.
As always, check with each track for complete event information.
